I wrote a Matlab toolbox implementing divisors on metric graphs, it can be found here.
My first paper on the tropical analogue of Donagi's theorem for the tetragonal construction is available on the ArXiv arXiv:2507.05987 and has been accepted for publication in the Journal of the London Mathematical Society.
